Once we have received the hard drive at our clinic, the first unavoidable step is to make a free diagnosis, within less than 6 hours. In this diagnosis we collect and analyse all the necessary information to assess the problem of your hard drive. This enables us to identify what caused the loss of information and the treatment to recover it.


After the diagnosis, we will send you an estimate with the different options depending on the urgency of the case.

If you are not interested in our service, we will recycle your hard drive free of charge, or we will send it back to you*. (shipping expenses on the customer's account)


Once the estimate has been accepted, we will proceed to recover the information contained in the hard drive within the agreed time.
