How much does a data recovery cost?
This depends on 2 variables: the nature of the fault, which may be physical or logical and the service chosen (plant, uvi or uci). Our diagnosis, however, is free and is carried out in less than 6 hours.

How soon will I get my information?
We place 3 services at your disposal that adapt to your urgency.

When is it not possible to recover information?
Currently there are 2 faults that cannot be recovered: Overwriting, in which case the information stored no longer exists because it has been eliminated at the logical level. Head Crash, which means that the reading heads have scratched the surface of the hard drive, eliminating the information stored at a physical level.

How can I know if all my data have been recovered?
You can indicate from the start of the recovery, which files or folders you are interested in the most. However, during the recovery process and if the device lets you, we will send you a list of files for you to be able to verify the information that we are going to recover.

Will I be able to use my faulty hard drive again?
In the case of a logical fault YES. When it is a physical fault, the hard drive can no longer be used. We can provide you with a new hard drive, if you wish, which you will be billed for separately.

On which support would you receive the recovered information?
Up to 9 Gb, the information will be returned on DVD support. More than 9 Gb, we will send you a new hard drive which will be charged on the invoice, following your acceptance.

If my hard drive has a guarantee, would I lose it if I recover the data?
If it is a logical fault NO: In certain cases of physical faults YES. We are currently in the process of achieving official approval for our facilities by hard drive manufacturers. Shortly, no hard drive handled by LazaRus will lose its guarantee.

How can I send my device?
You must pack your hard drive correctly, to protect it from possible knocks during transport. Follow these instructions

Is there any cost if the data are not recovered?
NO. If the recovery is not successful, you do not have to pay any amount for data recovery.

What is the data recovery percentage?
Currently, 98 out of every 100 hard drives are successfully recovered. The necessary condition for this ratio to be satisfied is that you should not try to recover the information by your own means. A recovery attempt by unqualified personnel makes the success ratio drop drastically.
